RETURN & REFUND

Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of receiving your item, providing you with ample time to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a return is a straightforward process; simply contact us at support@mycsn.info. Please be mindful that all returns must be shipped to the designated return address, which will be provided upon request.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you identify any defects or damages, or if you have received an incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out for clarification.

Regrettably, we cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Similar to our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition, with tags, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time by your bank or credit card company may impact the actual posting of the refund.
